Transport
Circular airport shuttle between Hilton Rome Airport Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport Hilton Hotel, Terminal 3 & Terminal 5

A circular airport shuttle, connecting all the above locations, will be run by Aeroporti di Roma as follows:

  • Every 8 minutes
  • Between 12.00 on Tuesday 21 to 18.00 on Tuesday 21 June
  • 24 hours/day on Wednesday 22 & Thursday 23 June
  • Between 00.00 – 18.00 on Friday 24 June
  • At Terminal 3 Arrivals, the shuttle will depart from between doors no. 4 & 5 – look out for the ACI EUROPE ACGA 2022 poster

Name Badges
Please collect your name badge from the Registration Desk on arrival at the event & wear it at all times.

Special Dietary or Access Requirements
If you have any special dietary or access requirements and have not let us know in advance, please report to the Registration Desk in the foyer of Terminal 5 so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Photography
There will be an authorized event photographer & videographer onsite. By entering the event, participants are accepting their image may appear in printed or electronic material used for the future promotion of ACI EUROPE events.

Insurance
All participants are reminded that the organisers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage done to persons or private property.  Participants are asked to make their own arrangements in respect of health & travel insurance.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located in the foyer of Terminal 5. Please refer above to the section on insurance.

Evacuation Procedure
When you hear a continuous alarm, please proceed calmly to one of the emergency exits indicated where you will be directed out to the terminal’s evacuation site which is in a parking lot in front of the terminal.

Lost Property
Property lost or found should be taken to the Registration Desk in the foyer of Terminal 5.

Medical Emergency
In a medical emergency, please report to the Registration Desk in the foyer of Terminal 5.
