Attendees will look to keep safe by regularly sanitizing their hands. The hand sanitizing stations will be located in strategic locations where social interaction is at its highest. The lunches take place immediately following the Tuesday and Wednesday morning general session/presentations. All attendees participate in these lunches, and centerpieces, with the sponsor’s logo on, will be displayed on each table. The company’s logo will always be visible on the screens. The sponsor may address the audience during the lunch and deliver a short 3-5 minutes’ speech and present a short video.
