Eco-Innovation Award

This award recognises one European airport that has taken its environmental management to new heights, demonstrating outstanding environmental excellence, exemplary performance, and an innovative approach.

Airports of all sizes can compete by submitting specific projects they have undertaken within one of the following categories:

Digital Transformation Award

The initiative of SESAR Joint Undertaking in collaboration with ACI EUROPE recognises a European airport that has embraced digitalisation, adopting innovative technologies and procedures to improve the safety, capacity, efficiency, and environmental footprint of its operations. 

Airports applying for this award must outline implemented SESAR or non-SESAR solutions that align with the SESAR vision of the Digital European Sky and its flagship technologies:

HR Excellence Award

The award aims to give exposure to initiatives that will help the airport community
better assess and implement the new procedures and skills needed to develop its workforce.

This year, the focus of the award is on AI (Artificial Intelligence): How have HR departments integrated HR into their operations, and what best practices have they developed in using AI in any aspect of the EVP?
