Alexis Ballif is currently Head of Transportation for Ardian Infrastructure, which he joined in 2008. Alexis has led investments in several companies active in the transportation sector in Europe and sits on the boards of Heathrow and Charleroi airports.

A graduate of École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ParisTech), Frédéric Chevalier joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2006 as Executive Vice President, overseeing strategy, innovation, and sustainable development. Prior to that, he worked in private equity and management consulting. In 2014, he was promoted to Chief Business Officer and was then appointed Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in 2017. In 2024, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and in 2025, was named Chief Executive Officer alongside Dag Rasmussen.
