Biography
Andreas Boschen joined the European Commission in 1998. Since 2003, he has been dealing with transport files. Between 2014 and 2022, Boschen led the department for the Connecting Europe Facility at the Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), where he managed EU financial support for infrastructure projects in the areas of transport, telecommunications, and energy. Since 1 July 2022, Andreas Boschen has been the Executive Director of the SESAR Joint Undertaking. In 2026, his mandate was extended until June 2029.

Previously, he served as President of ACI EUROPE (Airports Council International Europe) and CEO of GE.S.A.C. S.p.A. (the management company of Naples Airport). Earlier in his career, he held various senior management roles within the aeronautical industry. Armando Brunini graduated with honours in Economics and Business from the University of Naples Federico II.

A graduate of École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ParisTech), Frédéric Chevalier joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2006 as Executive Vice President, overseeing strategy, innovation, and sustainable development. Prior to that, he worked in private equity and management consulting. In 2014, he was promoted to Chief Business Officer and was then appointed Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in 2017. In 2024, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and in 2025, was named Chief Executive Officer alongside Dag Rasmussen.
