Biography
A graduate of École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ParisTech), Frédéric Chevalier joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2006 as Executive Vice President, overseeing strategy, innovation, and sustainable development. Prior to that, he worked in private equity and management consulting. In 2014, he was promoted to Chief Business Officer and was then appointed Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in 2017. In 2024, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and in 2025, was named Chief Executive Officer alongside Dag Rasmussen.

Amelia Corti has been Managing Director of SACBO S.p.A., the airport operator of Milan Bergamo Airport, since May 2024, following seven years leading the Group’s ground handling company, BGY International Services. A graduate in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1996, she has developed her experience in industrial fields, focusing on the continuous improvement of processes, with close attention to safety, security, quality and cost control.

Kata is an aviation industry leader who has delivered a variety of high-value projects, including airline diagnostics, airport business plan forecasts, sustainability road maps, and investment advice to global infrastructure funds and private equity firms. Kata holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Diploma in Responsible Tourism from Leeds Beckett University.

He has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having led strategic projects at Polish Airports (PPL), including the expansion of Warsaw Chopin Airport and the development of Chopin Airport City.

Hugo EspĂrito Santo holds an MBA and a degree in Economics. He was reappointed as Secretary of State for Infrastructure in the XXV Constitutional Government in June 2025, maintaining responsibility for aviation, railways, seaports and highways. He is a former Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Lisbon office and a frequent speaker at forums on aviation, economic development, sustainability and energy transition.

Arnaud also holds senior mandates within ACI EUROPE and ACI World and is actively involved in leading Belgian business federations. He holds Master’s degrees in Business Engineering and Tax Law from Solvay Business School.
