Joanna Fic is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s EMEA Infrastructure Finance team, overseeing a portfolio of utilities and transport infrastructure companies. Over the course of her career at Moody’s, Joanna has written extensively on transport infrastructure credit. She has authored and contributed to the development of several transport infrastructure methodologies, including those for airports. As a senior member of the analytical team, Joanna is a frequent speaker at conferences, investor roundtables, and other events.

Abraham Foss has served as Chief Executive Officer of Avinor since February 2021, leading Norway’s national airport network and air navigation services. With a background in senior executive roles within international telecommunications companies, he brings extensive experience in transformation and digital services.

Michele Granatstein has over 15 years of experience in the aviation sector and leads Oxera’s Aviation Team. Much of her work has focused on regulatory price review processes, the consideration of competition issues, the analysis of the impact of different government policies, and advising investors as part of regulatory due diligence. Michele is Oxera’s representative on the ACI EUROPE Economics Committee.

Dr Zhongcheng Gui is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIRIS TEC PTE. LTD. He holds a PhD in robotics technology and applications. With over 20 years of research experience, he has published a series of scientific papers indexed in SCI and has obtained over 300 patents. Alongside the establishment of Guimu Robot, he created the world’s first AI-assisted digital twin pavement solution for airports. This solution has been used at a number of European airports since 2023.

Thomas Kaneko Henningsen is a Partner at Copenhagen-based Blueprint, a progressive consultancy specialising in the commercial transformation across airports. The Blueprint team has advised 70+ airports, operators, and brands on their commercial strategies and how megatrends like Gen Z, AI, Experiential Retail, Social Commerce, Conscious Consumerism, and Geopolitics are transforming airport experiences. Known for their future-focused industry insights, Blueprint is committed to supporting the airport community grow by encouraging and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Thomas Hoff Andersson currently serves as Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer at Munich Airport, a role he assumed in May 2025. He oversees the strategic and operational performance of one of Europe’s leading premium aviation hubs, with a strong focus on innovation, operational resilience and customer excellence. Bringing extensive international leadership experience from senior roles in Berlin and Copenhagen, he is recognised for driving process optimisation, performance improvement and sustainable operational growth.

Julian Jäger is Joint CEO and COO of Vienna Airport PLC, responsible for operations, ground handling, IT, security and international investments. He brings over 20 years of experience in aviation, including his previous role as CEO of Malta International Airport. Under his leadership, Vienna Airport has enhanced its customer experience, achieved multiple international awards and strengthened its position as a leading and punctual European hub. He also serves as President of Aviation Industry Austria.

Kam Jandu was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AGS Airports on 29 January 2025 after the airport group was acquired by global airports’ investor AviAlliance. Assuming management responsibility for Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports, Kam is tasked with helping drive AGS Airports plans for sustainable growth, improved quality of services, all underpinned with significant investment. Kam was previously Chief Executive Officer of Budapest Airport where he worked for 15 years.
