Olivier Jankovec became Director General of ACI EUROPE in September 2006, having first joined the organisation earlier that year as Director of Strategy and Communications. He brings extensive experience in governmental and regulatory affairs, having worked with Alitalia, Air France, and the European Commission’s Air Transport Directorate. He has also contributed to EU aviation policy groups and serves on the Advisory Board of the World Tourism Forum. A French-Croatian national, Olivier speaks several languages.

Magda Kopczyńska is the current Director-General for Mobility and Transport in the European Commission. Magda has held various leadership roles in the Commission, from Clean Transport and Sustainable Urban Mobility to Agriculture and Rural Development. Magda’s commitment remains focused on driving positive change in Europe’s mobility sector.

Esther Kromhout is Managing Director of NACO, leading a team of over 250 since 2021. With more than 20 years industry experience, she advocates for collaboration, sustainability, and diversity. Esther previously managed major projects at NACO, including Aruba’s Gateway 2030. She regularly speaks at aviation forums and represents Europe on the ACI World Business Partners Advisory Board Jan 2025 – Dec 2027), while also serving as WBP Observer to the ACI EUROPE Board from January 2026.

Martin Kučera holds a Master’s degree in Air Transport from the Czech Technical University in Prague and an MBA in Tourism and Transport Management from LIGS University. He joined Prague Airport in 2005 as an Airfield Operations Supervisor. He subsequently worked in various airport operations management roles, where he implemented numerous improvements in operational efficiency, optimisation, and capacity. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Board of Directors responsible for Operations and Security.

Ian Malin has been Chief Commercial Officer at Wizz Air since 2026, having joined as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. He brings over 25 years of experience in aviation and finance, with prior senior roles at Unical Aviation, AJW Group and Seabury Aviation & Aerospace. Ian began his career at KPMG and holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a BA from Middlebury College.

Javier Marín is currently Executive Vice Chairman at Aena and Managing Director at Aena Internacional. He is also Chairman of Aena Brazil. As Executive Vice Chairman, he oversees the Aviation business unit, the Commercial and Real Estate business unit, the Innovation, Sustainability and Client Experience Directorate, the IT and Digitalisation Directorate, as well as Aena’s international subsidiaries. He was President of ACI EUROPE and is currently a member of its Executive Committee. He is also a Board Member of ACI World.

Born in 1970, Nicolas Notebaert is CEO of Concessions at VINCI. A former World Bank consultant and public official, he has driven VINCI’s international growth in airports and concessions.

Born in November 1971, he started his career in the French department of fiscal legislation, where he worked between 1998 and 2007. As Special Adviser to the office of the Minister for the Budget, Public Accounts and Civil Service in 2007, he was appointed Finance Inspector in April 2008. He joined Groupe ADP in February 2013 as Director of Financial Operations and Shareholdings. In May 2016, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Finance, Strategy and Administration. Philippe Pascal became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe ADP on 18 February 2025.

Jaroslav Petržela has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Prague Airport since July 2025, responsible for Non-Aviation Business and Legal Affairs. Jaroslav has acquired over 18 years of experience in the aviation and airport industry, having held different roles within the airport. Jaroslav currently focuses on non-aviation business development and transformation for future needs.
