Mark Pilling is an experienced journalist, editor and publisher who has covered the global airline and aviation industry for 25 years. He is the Managing Editor of Aviation Week Network titles Arabian Aerospace and African Aerospace, as well as Show Business, published at leading aviation events, and Times Aerospace TV. He is also the Conference Director for Aviation Africa and Aviation India. Mark is a frequent moderator at events run by Times Aerospace, Airports Council International, IATA, the Arab Air Carriers Organisation, the Aviation Services Association and Farnborough International.

Lucio Rossetto is Chief Operating Officer for Europe and North America at Lagardère Travel Retail. He joined the company in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer for Italy, became Chief Business Officer at headquarters in 2020, and now leads operations across Europe and North America.

Stéphane Rouault is Head of ZEROe Ecosystem and Value at Airbus, leading a team responsible for stimulating the emergence and readiness of a robust ecosystem enabling commercially viable hydrogen-powered aircraft operations. His focus is on fostering industry-wide collaboration to collectively identify and overcome the various challenges of bringing low-carbon hydrogen to airports in the most efficient and scalable way. Since the late 1990s, Stéphane Rouault has held various roles in marketing, sales, and sales financing at Airbus.

Steve Saxon, Partner at McKinsey London, has more than 20 years of aviation expertise. He works with leading airports on sustainability, fuel supply, portfolio expansion and optimising operating models.

Dr Stefan Schulte is CEO of Fraport AG. He heads the Fraport Group and is responsible for the International Activities & Services business segment, and has served as Chairman of the Executive Board since September 2009. On 19 June 2025, Dr Stefan Schulte was elected President of ACI EUROPE. In this role, he advocates for the vital role airports play in European societies and economies. Representing the interests of all airports, from major international hubs to smaller regional gateways, he is dedicated to enhancing their significance and impact.

Daniel Stach is a television professional and host of Hyde Park Civilization. He has interviewed some of the world’s most distinguished scientists and global personalities, including 46 Nobel Prize laureates and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He is a member of the Science Department at Czech Television.

Marco Troncone graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi. After twelve years of experience at A.T. Kearney, he worked for Sintonia SA from 2009 to 2011. He joined ADR at the end of 2011 and became Chief Executive Officer in April 2020. He was elected Vice President for Infrastructure for Growth of Unindustria and is Chairman of the Foundation for the Decarbonisation of Air Transport, established in December 2023.

Ruud Ummels is an aviation expert, having worked as a consultant in the industry for over 20 years. He has worked across a range of disciplines, including airport master planning, airfield and terminal design, airspace, sustainability, policy and regulation, and stakeholder management. Ruud currently leads the European airports practice at PA Consulting, solving technically complex and high-value industry challenges. He is an active member of various ACI committees and fora and was the elected European WBP representative on the Advisory Board.
